The 5x or free guarantee
If we don't generate a 5x return on your total ad spend within 90 days of your campaign launch date, we will refund your management fee in full.
That is the whole risk conversation. We carry it, not you.
What has to be true for the guarantee to apply
The guarantee is simple, but it only works when both sides hold up their end. These are the stipulations:
Lead response
All leads must be contacted within an average of 10 minutes during working hours. Consistent delayed follow-up that results in poor contact rates voids the guarantee.
Minimum ad spend
Client must maintain a minimum of $1,500 per month in ad spend throughout the entire 90-day period. Pausing or reducing budget below this threshold voids the guarantee.
Creative and asset approval
Client must approve or provide feedback on all creatives, copy, and assets within 24 hours of submission. Delays beyond 24 hours that push back the launch date or campaign adjustments void the guarantee.
No interference
Client cannot make unauthorized changes to the ad account, campaigns, or CRM sequences during the 90-day period.
If all stipulations are met and we miss the 5x target, your management fee is refunded in full within 10 business days.
