The old way
Most premium auto businesses grow the same way they always have — hoping happy customers send friends in, relying on foot traffic and word of mouth, and occasionally throwing money at a lead gen company that hands over a spreadsheet of cold names and disappears. None of it is predictable. None of it is systemized. Some try running their own ads, only to burn through budget with no qualifying process, ending up buried in tire-kickers instead of buyers. The owner ends up doing everything themselves, with no real way to know how many cars or jobs are booked next month.
